Ander Yang

President

Ander Yang serves as President of FutureReadyTeens Foundation, helping expand access to practical financial education for young people. He has taught budgeting, credit, investing, and entrepreneurship to dozens of students, developed educational content reaching tens of thousands of viewers, and built partnerships with HALO, Operation Breakthrough, and ECOKC. A rising senior at Pembroke Hill School, Ander has also supported financial-literacy curriculum research and community outreach through an internship with Pathway Financial Education.

Treasurer

Benjamin Palmet founded FutureReadyTeens in 2024 with the goal of making financial literacy more accessible to teens and students. He now serves as Treasurer, helping guide the Foundation's finances and long-term growth. Benjamin is a rising sophomore at Cornell University, where he studies Applied Economics and Management. With a strong interest in finance, he is passionate about giving young people the practical knowledge and confidence needed to make informed financial decisions and build secure futures.

Diana Henry

Diana Henry

Secretary

Diana Henry brings a global background in marketing, communications, and community leadership. Her professional experience includes roles with Hallmark Cards in Kansas City, Citibank Hungary, and Scala Business Solutions in Sweden, as well as service on several nonprofit and community boards throughout Kansas City. She also works hands-on at Guardian Angels Food Pantry, where she first connected with FutureReadyTeens President Ander Yang. Diana is passionate about creating practical pathways to financial confidence, meaningful connections, and a more secure future for young people.

Aman Henok

Aman Henok

Director

Aman Henok serves as a Director of FutureReadyTeens Foundation, contributing to the organization's educational programming and digital outreach. After learning about FutureReadyTeens through President Ander Yang, Aman became involved in developing lessons on investing, personal finance, and wealth-building fundamentals while helping manage the Foundation's social media presence. He also serves as a Youth Liaison through the City of Overland Park's Teen Council, where he learns about local government, explores city departments, attends committee meetings, and contributes to community projects.
